Diver - The Book by Tony Groom
Diver by Tony Groom
This is well worth a read, very interesting and often very funny and amusing account of a commercial diver.
One of the best books I’ve read in a long time.
This book would make a great addition to any divers library. It tels the story of one mans exploits as a Royal Navy clearance diver as well as following his life as a commercial diver outside of the Navy - living for weeks at a time in a small chamber at the bottom of the North Sea. Informativer and sometime hilarious accounts.
I am organising an “Audience with Tony Groom” that will be held at the end of August in Portsmouth - keep reading for more information and come and meet the man and get a signed copy of the book, or buy the book from Amazon below and bring it along to get signed.
